Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your item. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
• It must include all original packaging and any associated accessories or documentation.
• If the item has been used or its value has diminished, a proportional deduction may be applied to your refund.

Returns

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Delayed Refunds:
If you do not receive your refund promptly:

Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and allows you to request repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction depending on the issue.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damages caused by improper use, negligence, or lack of maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are subject to the same 14-day right of withdrawal and 2-year warranty as regularly priced items.
